The King can set a tax rate in the zones he controls... their nation and their eslant zones
The tax rate can be set to anywhere between 0-10%
The tax rate affects prices of NPCs and the money u spend their goes to the Treasury
The Treasury is the money the King uses to do exp events, some weather changes, and drop events
EXP Events from a King increase exp by the % of the event
- EXP % Increases are 10%, 30%, and 50%
- GMs have 20% events NOT Kings -.-"
EXP Events COST MONEY and a King cannot run them whenever he wants... they are as follows
- 10% = 4 gb
- 30% = 7 gb
- 50% = 15 gb
So as u can see a 10% tax rate gets u more exp events... so dont complain when the rate is set to 10... it will get u more exp for minimal increase in prices
ALSO mathematically 30% exp events give the most bang for the buck and u overall gain more exp when using 30% exp events...
- 2 10% exp events cost 8 gb total, so logically its the same as 1 20% exp event... but costs more than 1 30%. therefor 30% is better than 10% exp events
- 2 30% exp events cost 14 gb total, so logically its the same as 1 60% exp event... it costs less than 1 50% exp event and is 10% more exp than the 50% would give you. Therefore 30% is better than 50% exp events
Therefore thank your king for the 30% exp events and bitch at him for the 50% exp events
ALSO after one of the last patches during last months King Term i noticed a King cannot start exp events on the 2nd and 3rd servers :angry: ... This is unlike the terms before where the exp would last until server restart on those servers :angry: ... because of this alot of ppl thought that not enough exp events were run by us :angry: :angry: ... We did the best we could running 30%'s on server 1. If any other King on another server could confirm that they cant run exp events on server 2 and for me that would be great
If on the day of the scheduled server restart, ur king empties the treasury he may be abit greedy but dont get angry... where would the money go anyways? nowhere
if he gives out some money from doing events like the Smiley Contest or Find the King Event... PRAISE HIM
o also drop rate events are pointless and dont help out... Thanks
