well when we ask to change our account info, they ask for past 6 months info of last 4 cc number or c&b id. i gave them all of the info and they just copied and pasted the same thing. they asked for the info used in last 6 months.

100% sure info i gave them was correct. any suggestions on how to deal with these morons?
i also tried giving them ALL info used.

keep giving it to them. only certain CS reps actually deal with the issues. so you have to find the one who does lol.

step 1: google maps: 6440 oak canyon road, irvine, ca
step 2: proceed to throw chairs

i can assure you that this method works. in my case, after completing the aforementioned steps, one of the cs reps apologized deeply and stated she doesn't know what happened. upon my departure, she called me again on the way home said she would personally look after my cs tickets from then on. never had a problem since!

    p.s. i'd give a generous 5.7/10

you mean you actually went to their K2 building in cali? or you called them?

and would like more people to give their opinions about forgot password feature and its safeness now.
