Use a BES. Blessed Elemental Scroll to get it to +1. then BUS after that mate.

Go to the anvil, select "compound accessories". Add 3 of the same unique accessories, and an "accessory compound scroll". Success if guaranteed up to +3. It costs 2m coins to do the upgrade (can someone confirm that amount? i've not upgraded unique accessories for a long time).

I haven't upgrade any unique accessory
