oh man, i cant wait for this one, cameron & sci-fi, this combination works great and with Ellen Ripley and brand new 3D technology as a bonus xD

I'm pretty sure the movie is going to suck. Great camera work though, but the acting was horrible when they were taping it. Hopefully they can CGI the acting. The mass slaughter scenes will be the saving grace of this movie, but if you're looking at the background characters fighting, you'll notice that not many of them die to each other. There's a lot of fakeness in this movie, down to the last flake of snow (They had to give the actors masks to protect them from wheezing green shit for weeks). One of the most authentic scenes in this movie was when they did the fire nation boat scene in a meat locker. Other than that, there's a field scene in which the only fake things are the costumes and weapons. The whole thing is pretty much done in an abandoned navy base.

This movie really doesn't look very interesting to me...
Avatar won't be the biggest movie of all time.. but it will be the best 3D movie ever! You MUST see this movie with the 3Dglasses!!

the detail, everything was superb, the 3d made you feel like you were in a living breathing environment, inside the movie... idk, i prob sound stupid, but it will amaze you in some aspect.
It is one hell of a movie. I am not sure if the 3d was great in the theatre I went to but it is freaking awesome. It was not just about effects, the story was good to.
Definitely go see it if you get a chance.
Everybody I've talked to who saw it, said it was one of the best/mind blowing movies they have ever seen.
I just cant wait until they start making 3D video games haha
film was so amazing. Best use of 3D ever, can't believe they started making it in 1994..
