He is right. This is not official just a director wanted to make something cool. If you search you can find interviews with the director on the internet. I was excited too

yup, director make that to find some sponsors for his movie. It was made for Warner Bros. IF they like it, they will give money and make full movie.

I think it will happen, because A LOT of ppl in internet loves it and this trailer is just awesome.
