I don't think it was in theaters, another straight-to-dvd movie, kinda like the futurama movies.

Here's a little plot summary: Terrorists are manipulated to release the t-virus, and rebels try to reveal the truth behind Raccoon City, and how the government was involved. Headshots out the ass, a new mutation with wicked effects.

I won't say who is in it, as in chars from the game, cuz it might ruin it for some people, but you won't be disappointed if you like the games/movies.
