apparently the koreans are helping them with the final touches. And they have been doing that for over a year now i believe. So they are the closest theve been to releasing it ever since they first said it would come out 8 years ago >.<

lead developer or some important person on the sc2 team said if things keep going as they are now theyll stay on track for releasing the game in the first half of the year

urm... doesn't that mean they're going to release the game at the end of the year, but finish the beta in march-may or so? i dun reli get it.
