My nephew has the first, waiting for him to finish atm.
over here in texas ep they told me 80 gigs dont have bacward compatily only to os1 games.. so just wanted to save hassle and get 60 cuz the emulator is hardware instead of software if that makes any sense...

They do, like I said the newer ones coming out ( with only 2 usb ports, no card reader ect ) have no backwards compatibility. If his 80gb had 4 USB ports, it's just like mine and it will play ps1/ps2 games without much problems
Mine only has 2 -_- oh well, I'll just steal my brothers ps2 if I have any problems :lol:
