you can see they're all new at this :P

just look at the way they're standing, you don't have to be a pro to realize you should at least place your feet so you're standing abit more "balanced", not like them with your 2 feet next to each other, that way you'll fly backwards (as you can see).

last part of the clip is the best (they don't show it in this video) where the "pro" shows how it's done and fires 3 or 4 times without any problem
