They invest large sums of money for a modern country to get the most tourists, cuz they know
that the oil have no future

arnt each island like 1.2mil each? Also not only do they have all the money but they have the most effective building method, cheaper, less people and faster.

Too bad they have to slow up on all the projects.. Everyone thought dubai would be the only ones to not be affected by the recession.
