    I like Forest, he admits Bones Jones would whoop him, but he said ef it, he would fight him any way lol. Brutal honesty from a MMA fighter is hard to come by..

    ya forrest is awesome he was on the local radio and talked about fighting for maybe 2 minutes the rest of the time they where talking about how to get ready for the end of the world. lol
