Need a Recorded Football Game >_<

Any1 know where i can find a full recorded game to download? :$

A friend of mine from outside from the States is working in a place where alot of Americans are working as well and wants to understand the game... figured it was easier to teach her if she and i are watching a full game then try to just explain it without any visual >_<

Or i guess a way to watch a game over the internet... i dunno...
