when you bought from me,you said tpl.com wouldn't allow you to buy more,i think tpl already get charged back,you knew the money isnot safe,why you still tried to buy from me?

No i did not know that because when I bought from you I still had Money on my paypal, and TPL is a company, that a another story.
I just got fucked up, and I really don't know how to fix this.
I've already done with declaration at police.
I hope they can help me.
If you see me as a scammer then see me as a scammer, for now on I won't buy anything.
