He doesnt seem to be banned since i just saw his name visiting someones profile september 27th and this post is from september 16th -.-

last i knew he was banned when i sent a pm about lancelot not being banned to phantom on 9/27 and he replied back to me saying he took care of it that day. you can always pm phantom or another admin and ask them about it if you have not already done so.
