MrCuban scammed me for 675$

Couple months ago I sold a char (JackTerror) and some items to MrCuban for 1475$. He said that he will pay me 400 usd every 2 weeks. He did it 2 times and didnt pay me the rest. I messaged him at msn, mobile phone, email and ko4life but he just ignored me. In that time i were at vacations, it was like 1 month ago.
He still didn't pay me and is not planning on doing it (see proof),
it has been from 1st July that I gave him the items & char and we are the 12th of October now
and I still don't have anything.
So the fact that allmost 3.5months have past + the picture pretty much means he aint really planning on paying me back.

Cuban has openly admit he scammed him and isn't gonna pay him a cent, which you can see on that screenshot.
There is no need to here 'another side of the story' seeing the email will be same for both sides

probably the thread's starter is hidding something ,atleast wait 5 days lol , i got some friends that have traded with him before without any kind of trouble, if he was a SCAMMER , he would just chargeback those 800 usd? ...

lol that ban was very premature dont let that power go to ur head, not saying he shouldn't get a ban, but msn convo's are easy to falsify, so you should at least wait till he gives you his side of the argument unless theirs some more irrefutable proof that shows he is beyond a doubt guilty than this ban was not justified.

like i said not trying to say hes innocent but in a case, you let both participants plea their case.
