uhh for 60+ use hellblood, for ardream use scorching.
i remember reading about people testing scorching build vs hellblood build for ardream (both of same + staff) and scorching did more damage with blade if i remember correctly, because u require a lot more INT for hellblood build or something.
i would use scorching still, better support bonuses compared to the hellblood, and dont get me wrong, scorching staff +7 still hits really hard

hell blood is extremely nice though. high ap mmmmmmmm. but scorching does have dd on it, hp, decent ap which is i believe 113. reguardless scorching is what id go with plus it looks cool

um 60+ definetly hellblood is better
and for dcz use scorching, cause the main benifit from it is the DD on it, which helps alot since like 3/4 of dcz is rouges
ur gonna hit less with hb cause of the int requierment, there is not really a point going crystal build, u might as well go 160 int for crimson/complete. Kiss your 1k nova's goodbye.

a1sealc4 is right, HB build isn't really effective until 75-80

on bermus i think hellblood +7 is around same cost as scoching staff +8 , be good to compare these 2 according to price . i think hb +7 is way better then scoching +7 on old server . on new servers where there is no 25 dd hel u might take scoching staff +7 over hb +7 if u feel u dont hv much dd

why would lvl matter? it depends what build he wants..
a scorching is nice staff for low int requirement.. alowing u to go cardboard build and use rest of points in mp or hp.. whichever ur a whore on.. it has 113 ap 56 element (same as a exp elixir +7) but DD and hp
hellblood +7 will only be good if u want crystal build or higher.. has higher ap which u will notice a difference in ur blade and range skills.. even tho it has lower element.. the ap on the staff boosts ur ap in stats.. therefor making skills hit harder.. also has int bonus which helps alot
