Does Disassemble Scroll Works?

I bought it from PUS and tried to disassemble ROL3 but it tells me that it failed. Does anyone knows what am i doing wrong?
Do i have to wait 72 hours or i need 3 scrolls for disassemble?

you need one scroll for each acessorie lvl ... rol +3 you need 3 scrolls rol +2 you need 2 scrolls etc
