eslant quest npc bugged?

is that npc in eslant town whom gives those quests bugged?

he wont let me and a clannie talk to him, as in no box thingo pops up.\

Yea, when they added the level jump npc, the eslant npc became bugged, hopefully it gets fixed when they remove the level jump thing

i think if they remove lvl jump its not = that eslant npc will work. As i know this game.

now that i think about it, i have a feeling the did it on purpose, other wise people will level jump and do the personal quest and try making high +'s.. if you know what i mean.

i cant event talk to the npc.. also to agree the quest. They fixed all quest and eslant quest become bugged lol
