geeky question ! how is the best way to train your pet?

atm my pet is lvl 30, ofc i want it to get lvl 60 but whats the best place?

and is also possible to set it to auto attack? its pretty anoying i have to press 2 on pet skill bar, everytime i want it to attack ?
