help in making clear clan symbol

hey guys, i was wondring how to make a clear clan symbol.

all clan symbols i made so far ends up blurry and very hard to recognize.

any help on this will be greatly appreciated, if needed i can post ss.

Are you resizing it to 32x32 pixels before you add it to KOL?
If its doesn't look clear at 32x32 when viewing it with your image viewer on your pc before you upload it then its not going to be clear on KOL.

its clear when im viewing it on my pc at 32x32. the icon next to my name is clear in game as well, but it gets blurry on my capes. im using ps cs5 and i can make it transparent but its just too damn blurry.
