    PM me your account name and I'll take a look for you. Possibly the geoip data for your IP is inaccurate (happened with one of my old IPs).

    Edit: Indeed, it was. Database updated on the 2nd (they update it weekly) which happens to fix that, so I've manually updated the login server.
    Would be less of an inconvenience if the website used the same geoip data, so I've added that to the issue tracker. Thanks!

    Well, damage definitely needs some more work but it's looking pretty good so far!

    Idk if the damage is accurate. Everyone has low AP and massive weapon defense + ac.

    I think it would've been better to have just quest uniques >_>

    Aesteris has made a few damage-related tweaks he's in the process of testing right now. So far it's looking a lot more accurate, so it should be pushed to alpha for the next restart.

    Right now (alpha) we're focusing on ensuring all the game behaviour works correctly (and accurately). After which (beta), we need to work on fixing the more trivial things (mostly client stuff), implementing our custom behaviour (including things like balance tweaks) and generally getting feedback/suggestions on that. We can consider an official launch after that's done.

    We're in no rush to launch (everything needs to be as close to perfect as it can possibly get >_>), so I don't have any ETA for you.
    What I can say is, at this stage, the more testing/feedback we can get, the sooner we can get official launched. So far it's going well!

    Open alpha launched earlier, so you can just register an account (be sure to verify your e-mail address!), download the client, login and participate.

    Manha, if you are using wtfast to login, you should allow the country you pointed in website.
    Not sure if this the problem unless you are connecting with wtfast .

    Wasn't that. twostars fixed it in a blink of an eye. And I'm not even using WTFast, the server is so smooth, totally lag free that made WTFast useless lol. 1st time I see this after that lloyd phillips' server.

    Really just trying to get the damage calculations correct/accurate at this point.

    Physical damage is, I think, almost there. It compares to 1.298 quite nicely, though some players have observed that it's still off for some things (has to be something specific, e.g. the way we're handling AC/a buff/a resistance). Need to track down what exactly's causing that, and I doubt there'd be anything left wrong with it.

    Magical damage is a little difficult to accurately compare as 1.298 is too dated for it. We've been relying on official [old] ROFD files, but I'm not entirely sure if any of that was actually changed later down the track.
    Right now, it appears a lot of the damage is quite high. It really hasn't been addressed yet (too busy traipsing over official physical damage calcs to identify where ours differs), but in all likelihood we'll get physical damage sorted first and then move onto the magic damage.

    Otherwise, skills in general are fairly fine. The issue with Ice/Lightning Shot has been fixed, the physical Chaos Dungeon skills (e.g. Spirit Sword) are no longer wrongfully affected by damage reductions (used for other player skills).

    Chaos Dungeon ran fine. Only issue (aside from Spirit Sword having reduced damage) was an instance being created with only a couple of players, but that was entirely intentional as we'd run it in testing mode, which turns off instance requirement checks, just to be sure that everyone could participate.

    I wasn't around for Border Defense War/Juraid Mountain, so I don't know what happened with those (nothing was reported, at least).
    We'll see how we go with tomorrow's events. First lunar war & Forgotten Temple run tomorrow! (*fingers crossed*)

    It does. We still need to implement their passives though, but otherwise quests are (probably) the only other problem with them; I doubt the class plays nicely with any normal quest.
