I am very critic with your server, because I see huge potential. Things I wrote are global issues, not directly your server. It is a shame you dont include EU/US because when I tried your server couple weeks back, there was no problem with english in community and basic clan.

BASIC INFORMATION:



INTERNATIONAL GAME MASTER SUPPORT: ENGLISH, SPANISH, TURKISH GAME MASTERS.


SERVER CONCEPT:
Old USKO 2002 style of game. It is not going to be easy to obtain items, it will require farming Dark Mares for high class items as well as bosses for high class weapons and armors.
You can check drop list on the website under Guide section.
Class changing, nation changing, gender and name changing can be done ingame instantly.
Clan Nation Change
We are one of few rare servers that have implemented clan NT option. Log into website, if your character is clan leader, you will be able to perform a clan nation transfer.
If all your clan members are offline and no TS scroll is active, you can use this option !
Clan Leader Change
Log into website, if you are leader of a clan, you can pass your leadership to another member. You and targeted member have to be offline to perform this operation.
Item Seal System :
Log into website and open GUI board that will allow you to seal your items and prevent possible hacking of your account.
Expansions
Each expansion will open a new event with a new exchangable item that will also bring a fresh wave of items to the game.
LV 65 [200 PVP kills reward, BDW, LNS-CR, HL-CR, CZ-CR, LW, DM], Master skills are closed at this expansion, but you can farm master skills items. This will last for 1 week after the opening of server.
LV 70+ [Chance to get Gold Chest for CZ kills, White Chest in CSW event, Blue Chest in FT event, Introducing the Isiloon boss]. Master skills open on this expansion.
[Adding Bifrost Event, Adding Personal Weapon Quest, Adding Ultima Boss in BF, Possible to get Shell Armor from BF Fragments] [Adding Juraid Dungeon]
National Point System
To prevent massive mage or archer parties benefit drasticaly from gaining high amounts of NPs we have implemented a custom NP gaining system.
Solo kills: 65 NP; party of 2: 50 NP; party of 3: 45 NP; party of 4: 42 NP; paryt of 5: 40 NP; party of 6: 30 NP; party of 7: 27 NP; party of 8: 25 NP.

POWER UP STORE:
Since the server is hard farm, there is no combat items in PUS. PUS is selling standard items like scrolls, trinas, packs of potions, and premium services.
The payment system is unified we offer you: PayPal, PayGol (SMS, Most of credit cards, PaySafe Card, PayGol Credits, IBAN Transfer).
The system for both payment options is fully automated and you will receive your Knight Cash Instantly upon donation choosing any option, you can recharge your KC via website and then use PUS from ingame.

All donators from diez server will get 75% knight cash restore on xigenon. This doesn't mean that your knight cash will be transfered. All kc will be set to 0 on all accounts. Then only accounts that have made real money donations will get kc restored for 75% of total donations.

Clearly we are not going to upkeep a server with 0 players, we are still building a brand and our players always return in higher and higher numbers, Knight Cash they donated always awaits them on a new server, I don't see what is "money hungry" about that if we recover Knight Cash to the next server as well. If it dies in 1 month so be it, it's not like we can do anything about it nor do we want it to die, it just does beacuse the community we have attracted are turks and they like the "nostalgic" first month, if we could maintain a stable loyal community we clearly wouldn't be opening new servers. It's not a "concept" issue, beacuse by that logic your server should be long dead if it wasn't for the loyal community you had while osmanx was saving your ass big time, but you don't see me shit talking in your topic, do you ?

Absolutely agree, this was one of the first things I've resolved for Xigenon server.
Firstly, I've added the AP/1500 HP/300 AC scrolls to Overall NP shop.
Secondly, I've added 1000 HP / 200 AC for Monthly NP shop.
This is the new NP shop for Xigenon:


Thirdly, I've created a monster called "Chests & Scrolls". It was added Holy Land & Last Nation Standing bowl. It has 100 % drop rate on Silver Bar, 7 % Red Chest, 7 % 1500 HP SC (5x), 7 % 300 AC (5x) with a respawn time of 10 minutes in Holy Land bowl and 8 minutes in Last Nation Standing bowl.

You can also exchange your CZ Points at Helper NPC for 1500 HP/300 AC/Attack Scrolls.

And last but not least, you will also receive 5x 1500 HP, 5x 300 AC scrolls on the Forgotten Temple break wave as a reward.

This time around I think I have most certainly taken care of "scrolls" issues and it should be really easy to obtain them now and still make the Helper NPC useful.
