Oh my god man, it's beta and this is what BETA is for. To solve these kind of problems.

dude relax, they told u 50 times its a beta, theres 3-4 boss events a day which explain the uber items, and they gave everyone to try out that new armor just for testing.

They've been doing a bunch of "boss events" spawning like 50 of each boss in moradon, im pretty sure some of the people playing are gm's also. the armor you're talking about is the "donation" armor. they have also been giving out chitin shields and what not.

But imo, the server is pretty bad can't even login most of the time, just stuck at the connecting to server screen, numerious bugs, overpowered donation armors.

and seriously, i couldn't find any spacial bugs, and that donation armor is beeing editted so it won't be overpowered, as u can see he decrease the hp bonus for rogue/warrior from 10 to 5, i would still rether a shell+8 then this, since it only add 10dex.

[edit] - also that armor is not repairable, it last for 2-3 weeks top.
