    just want to know if psko owner can take money from players and leave server without supervision.

    chargeback psko owner is bannable but what about owners scam?

    Googling the meaning of the word "donation" might be worth your while, but as long as there is evidence of server owners blatantly scamming their users then sure we will ban then from advertising.
