Nope, that's not possible when there's NPT between parties. Party members can get bonuses too. Unless you expect me to check 50k deaths every day...

I didn't ask you to NT. You asked for NT and I told you that there'll be Clan NT available soon for the clans willing to NT.

its not what we want but what server need cause its unbalanced, on many servers owners do it for free because its necessary

The NT is necessary, look at your panel. At the moment the cz is croweded with 118 humans players and the orc side has 39.
We wouldn't mind to accept NT scrolls either and recreate our clan at orc side, but we won't gonna pay 31 NT scrolls from the PUS for helping with the balance.
