Everything about your character will stay the way it was same goes for the np. However everything you get/earn in the beta will get wiped. And soenne got it thanks.

Are you sure that you have downloaded the new client? if so i have no idea what could be causing this error. Post it on the forums and i'm sure that someone will reply.

Dont download them, those are the patches for the old client... No new patch since the new client came out. Make sure your server.ini look like this:

Count=1
IP0=sexyko.net
[Version]
Files=1534
[Join]
Registration site=http://sexyko.net/#registration
[IncludeExe]
Last=1534

If you dl'ed the client posted on the 1st page here(sexyko1310.rar), then no, thats not the good one :P
