Bump to the best server I've ever played.
Well i tried out the server and it seems great. Its stable now and not so difficult. EXP events are in place most of the time and it's not that difficult (check the beginners guide in forum for more details). Items farming is also not that hard, with chitin 7 set and weapon 7 set you get, you can farm easily. If you want it faster, you can just get a melee who wants to farm an duo. PPl will come and join the farm (ultima and dark mares).
In 5 days time i easily made a shell set 7 and raptor 8. Jewels farming is bothersome but with gems from juraid and frags from ultima/ego farm in cz, you can get these (i have got a mino, flame ring and imir rings). I also got unique drops like hb (for treasure chest), lugi, spear, sherion etc (unfortunattly i burned all to 5 or 6 haha), but its fun.
Lots of action in cz. Most in bf, you don''t get to past ego :/

Dear knights, following today's restart here are the main updates:
1. Archer DP & HS skills were restored to original setup.
2. Fire Mage skills were buffed 3% more to make the different relevant between them & Light/ice mages.
3. New security system was added to detect any client change and prevent accessing the game using anything else than our client, all attempts are logged and if we see someone trying too many client change it will be punishable (attempt of cheat), If you can't access the game because you changed your client files you will have to download the client all over again from our website.
4. Added few Ego monsters to the CZ spots, and added 1 Balrog spot as requested from archers.
5. Added new cheat tools to the 3rd party detection along with DB maintenance.
6. Fixed bugged stats on DOL+9 & WOE+9.

I think its time to update the new account chars as well with either chitins +8 or shells +7 (rare) and also may be +8 rare weapons? I myself was having a hard time with low ap and defence to catch up with low average players cuz it was difficult to farm, Luckily i found some geared ppl to farm with!Originally Posted by SirKaoS

Can we run KNIGHTONLINE on Linux? (UBUNTU 14.04)
I am using by myself Ubuntu 16.04 however I was never able to run knightonline with wine. At least not with SOACS system. But I guess there will be problem with other anticheats as well :-(
16/.04 has some bugs so i went back to 14.04 (i could not use debugging tool on chrome on it as well as few other feature on vagrant composer updates and rest - which btw works fine for my collegue laptop with same config, same os and shit (and i installed it in both pc lol).
Well was just thinking on getting on game for events from work, but now i am down to 1-2 hours per day on ko max as i spend most of my time at work!
