Need to find dutch/belgian people to help me moderate a server

Hey all,


I am a long time thinking to open a server on my own, cuz i am playing years and years private servers and i know what servers are good and what are not.
So i want to give it a shot and invest for it to try make some nice stable server ( stable server thats the most important i want).


So i have files of 12xx but i am thinking maybe to get 21xx server files but i need to find developers and people who can help program and teach me after a while ( They need to be DUTCH so Belgian people or people from the Netherlands.) I know it's not easy to find them but i will . Cuz i can understand english and type but it's not perfect at all rofl. And if im going for making my own server i need to understand everything of it.
My goal is to learn alot and announce a server in a year or so, want to get evrything fine and my own things worked out in it.

I think I still have notepads with drop lists from every mob.

I know how to work with drop editors, gm commands etc.

McTasty etc all had a server years ago, but it didn't work out to well, they have minimum experience in developing, the people who are still currently in the scene either have server's or are working on servers and don't have time to help people, people can always help you to an extent, any server past 1298 without experience is going to cause you issues, 1298 is currently still the most stable build, you can either develop your own files (which is not likely with your experience.) or go and buy a copy of soacs (i don't recommend soacs, but its the only secure files out there your going to get your hands on.). I know on ko4life.net they have quite a few guides from the old snoxd.
