Act 3 Run (aka Alk Route)

Start at Act 3 - Kill Azmodan
Run Core of Arreat - Clear map
WP to Tower Of Damned Level 1 - Clear map
WP to Arreat Crater Level 2 - Clear map
WP to Keep Depths 2, 3 - Clear map (i chose to skip 1 coz its too long and not many mobs)
WP to Bridge of Korsikk, Clear Fields of Slaughter

Rinse and Repeat

I prefer this route, seems to be more exp and just as quick imo

1. Warp to stonefort, take door to skycrown, full clear and then teleport home
2. Warp tower of damn 1, full circle counter clockwise
3. Warp to tower of cursed, check for shrine/elite. if none, go up and take the entrance to arreat crater 2
4. Clear AC2 to waypoint.
5. Warp to KD2, clear to breach and warp out
6. Warp Fields of Slaughter, full circle.
7. Restart

I really like starting out in skycrown. lot of mobs, and has about 3-5 elites most times.
