    if im lvl 59 should i get cleavers +8 and spend the other money on accsessories like elf belt ect. or should i get shards +7? help pls

    Get one of each. Mainhand weapon is most important.

    Shard+7 and Cleaver +8. With the rest replace he quest neck adn belt.
