ice build question

I played on Olympia and it was like 6 months ago. It wasn't some noob server where a raptor +8 is godly. And Ice staff attack and prismatic hit almost the same as fire staff attack and incineration.[/b]

Not possible. The damages cant be even compared. The only logic to going ice damage build is that, dual shios +1 at that time were worth that of dual FRs +0... so I would have rather went with dual shios +1, since I had a garp +8 as well... and it was pretty rapage... but no where close to as rapage on a fire mage with elixir +8 and FR +1 and FR +0

My memory may have been a bit faulty on the spell damage, but I am sure as hell that the staff damage was always in the same range as a fire staff skill.

u might be talking bout the lvl 42 one.. i dont remember it well but i dont think there was much diff with the lvl 42 one..

at 72 the difference is pretty big.

No I am talking about the 72... Sure some times the fire staff would crit more then ice, but the average damage was the same.

1) Make two noob mages, ice and fire, both full MP with wood staff +8.
2) Go to moradon and test the damage on training mobs.

its a combination of both. but i believe glacier damage is more important...

a long time ago i had elixer +7/56 and ge +7

glacier erenion slowed more thou so...

i had dual shios +2

ge+8 and garp +7

garp 7 did great damage but rarely slowed

ge did less damage than garp but slow was alot better

this was when frags were stackable

and ice wasnt that big of a slower

Who cares what is the strongest damage wise?
The point is that a MP build ice mage is strong.

From what I heard, slow comes from AP. I&#39;m probably wrong though.

Try to raise your shios to a higher +... that has more effect then the staff

for example if you had a choice of getting dual shios +1 and elixir +7 or.... dual shios +0 and GE +8.... take the first one ofc
