dont know what a Rov+1 is in ur eyes since i only know ROF & FOV :P anyway i would replace that roc+0 for Fov+1/+2 and replace the raptor for Avedon+7/+8 after that start looking for other earings etc. 2x FOV (Foverin) +2 would give him a extra Resist&AP boost already

and ye was think thats prob the best is getting a avedon 7 or 8?
and going with fov's ver tha roc for more ac and being cheaper.. +1 is still cheaper than a roc0

Roc + fov is the best combination.

If you get avedon / HB, get only +8 coz +7 will hit same / less then your current weapon
