[Priest] Stat Build for INT Heal/Buff Priest

Going for Heal/Buff. I want to know what the max STR and INT i need. I know that there's a reason not to put stat points in STR at some point, I'm unsure of what it is.

I currently have 15 points unused.

STR 98
HP 62
INT168

106 str is for personal shield +7 and most hammers can handle it
172 in for chitin 7
174 for chitin 8
188 for shell 7, krowaz 7
