Why has my damaged been gimped?

Hey there, just had a question about my warrior.... searched but couldn't find anything about it.
i hit 53 earlier and noticed that in the exact same gear i was hitting for ALOT less on the same mobs ie
lvl 52- cleave was hitting for 1400-1800 approx
lvl 53- cleave's now hitting for 500-900 approx WTF!
My gears pretty average atm but that doesnt really matter as the only change since lvling has been stats
191str now 189 b4
105 hp now 104 b4
anyone have any insight as to what may be going on? 53 buggy or just unlucky? i have tried logging diff servers and still the same, replaced skills on bars un/reequipped wep+armours and i don't need to repair just incase anyone was thinking of that
any help would be appreciated as my familiar does nearly as much damage lol

Have you re-equipped your weapon after repairing it? Sometimes that solves your problem.
