Want to arrange a DotA tournament !

In small team matchups 2v2 and to some extent even 3v3 I completely agree you can end up with an unballanced matchup. The great thing about AR in large numbered teams is its varied enough cause there are so many people that you'll get a mix of hero's that each can compensate for something that the other team has. Unfortunatly the law of averages reduces that chance the smaller the teams become. So Rampage is completely correct when he says the smaller the teams the less ballanced AR becomes.

Give me some Hamachi Servers, Would be funny to play against non-leavers, Almost everyone leaves when we play against them.
