he upgraded them...rebirthted it on +7 so +1 and then boots went on +3 and helm only +2... :wacko:

Monster Suppression Squad II drops chitin armor with weapon resist. I upgraded them myself and tried the chitin build for a while but I think I'd rather stay with FP, so the chitin is for sale.

The boots at 16 Spear Defense are very nice for someone with chitin build. The AC is 58, and it requires 96 STR and 160 INT, same as the +7 / Rebirth +1.

The helmet has 15 Dagger Defense, 85 AC, 98 STR and 164 INT, again same as the +7 / Rebirth +1. Upgrading them to Rebirth +3 would make them 16 DD, but I'm afraid of burning them.
