Must have something to do with the patch 1484 i think autopatched earlier today ^^ i think some item.org was changed not sure.

well i saw a normal giga today, i think they changed javanas name to giantic axe

there used to be a bug back in old ko (pre ke) that once you unlocked the javana axe (both 1 and 2hnd) its name changed to gigantic axe. But that bug was fixed with the KE launch who knows maybe the a new patch bugged it again.

that also happens with excep deep scar i believe, there is a similiar topic to this somewhere in media section and someone posted what bug it was i think
