Back in February I think is when they said they were going to delete them all. But here it is June, and they still haven't done it. They have, however banned some folks since then for carrying/selling them, so I would definitely stay away from them until K2 gets off their ass and either deletes them or says they can stay.

Either way, i would definitely not get caught merchanting a FT item. Not worth the risk.
