Prices are solely dictated by supply and demand. Depending how many people (people who are willing to actually buy/trade for) want one in that class. When 5 rogues and 2 mages want one, the +0 sells for more...when the priests and warriors want one, the higher + sell for more. Otherwise they seem to sell around the same although +3's sell for less...
there is no certain price for cs . it is the best shield in game. i sold one cs+0 for 700 usd + fees around 1 month ago. few people who have cs are willing to sell it at the moment.
Haha is funny how all the people here talk about USD and most of them come from...<3
Oh btw CS+0 > CS+6 by a lot.
