idn how accurate a statement that is low a friend of mine made a rv +3 iron bow with no breaks (using tears of karivadis)

then again u have to consider

tears cost more and instead of 1 per item (like trinas) u need 4

rving is only smart if ure planning to get it too rv +2 or +3 or in a +8s case rv 6 7 or 8 and risking a giga for 3 ap and a bit of element well thats just :S

rebirth upgrading is more expensive (5 tears + 5 rebirth scrolls compared to 1 trina + 1 scroll) but ppl say that its a better upgrading chance. Personally never upped a rebirth item so i couldnt tell you from personal experiences, just what ppl say.

if ure willing to riska giga 8 for 3 ap and 1 or 2 element well kinda stupid

its much easier to take a +7 item and make it +8 then it is to take a +1 rv and it +5 reverse, ud need 4 tears per item and each tear costs about 2ce as much as a trina
