2H Giga LR+7 is usually at about half a raptor +8/80. but lately the prices have been around or even highrer than raptor 8, e.g check out this link, thsi guy wants 70GB and has had offers of 60.

i also think part of the reason there is price range is that people will pay a little extra if they are buying from a trustworthy person who they know is legit.
