whole server is filled with raptors+9,exc raptors+9,and some of em have +10's too
+10 items r nothing new,saw first like 3-4 months after I started KOL... since KE....

tears is using +9 raptor and maybe 5 more ppl, 1 maybe 2 exceptionals.
