you can now seal your character into a cypher ring which can be traded/sold. The scroll cost $55usd and seems like you can only buy through the KESN option, unless their selling it on website. You are able to send 1 item in the character inventory, but must be naked otherwise. There are many topics on official forums and in the news on official site for more information.
