I would think that a cs+0 > cs+7 or very close to it as everyone can use a +0 vs a warrior/priest for +7 unless the other 2 jack up their str for it

pretty often actually, especially a mage that actually knows how to pk in a party and be a support mage. If I had one...I'd wear it all the time just because.
