OMFG!! WHAT DO YOU KNOW!! PAYPAL JUST GAVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!
o wtf. did he file that it was a 3rd party on his paypal?OMFG!! WHAT DO YOU KNOW!! PAYPAL JUST GAVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!
Ok so a few guys asked me. I shall just post what I did over here.
1. When he sent me the payment, I asked him to paste the following msg in the payment email:
"I've received the virtual item in advance and will not chargeback under any circumstances."
2. A while later after the trade, he filed an Unauthorised Claim against me, claiming he did not authorise the payment. So I received an email from paypal notifying me of the temporary hold on the funds.
3. I replied, stating that Ryan Lee has clearly indicated he received the items already. Then I forwarded the email to Paypal.
4. After that, I searched thru the forum and found out that it was the same guy who scammed Canofwhoopass. I followed up with 3 more emails to paypal.
... and this was the picture of Cano's post that I attached.
Maybe the buttfucking worked for Paypal
Anyway, guess I got lucky this time.
Seems like some realy bored kid to me. Had an issue with him on MSN like 1 hour ago. That guy is not trustworthy at all.
Im just wondering why forum mods allow that kind of ppl on those forums.
wow. i yelled at paypal coz they said
IF YOU SELL A VIRTURAL ITEM, YOU LOOSE ALL SELLERS PROTECTION.
so i attached the message. he has received the item in advance and will not charge back under any circumstance.
even with that they said. it was a 3rd party who agreed to that so it voids that contract.
I think what I replied to them in point no. 3 was crucial. That the buyer has confirmed with me he received the item, and he himself indicated in the payment email that he has received in advance, and the fact that he refused contact after successful transaction and filed a false claim against me.
I also called up paypal to explain to them nicely. Perhaps you shouldn't have shouted at them h34r:
Maybe it's the way I put forward my argument and provided the proofs.
Maybe the paypal staff in Singapore is more accepting.
Maybe Ryan Lee had nightmares of me spiking him and decided to cancel his claim...
Or maybe I just got lucky.
Let's just all be very careful who we deal with.
