It's not my fault if phatom hasn't activated it yet, but it was said.Bump is still enabled, I just forgot to enable it for Ionia when I created the section. It's just not availiable on the Grey Night theme
As per the character trades, K2 no longer sells Cypher Rings, Playspan no longer sells the codes. As far as we know as we've talked about it, the only way to have a Cypher ring right now is to have one previously, and if that is the case, you MUST show the ring in your inventory when making a character sale post. I will be changing our character sale rule shortly
For mods warning users instead of posting/pming them a warn, it's up to the mods discretion for what they decide. The mods have been pming people as well as just throwing out warns. Remember, I can still see everything they do and if I feel ( or another admin/mod ) sees a warn/suspend was unneeded, it can be removed
No it's not a contest on who locks the most topics, the formula for what we decide is only known by myself atm and I will let Shurt in on my idea shortly

well Bumps are not active on default skin either, well not for me anyway. Any ideas why they r not active? or we gonna have to stupidly bump our topics every time!

Update: It should now be there for Donators as well, please test it.
