Its problem with my platinum premium...

I bought one platinum and took trina + 800KC and didnt get 720 hours, so i was getting non-premium message... after 6 tickets they fixed, but only with 21 days of premium ¬¬, i already sent 9 tickets and that automatic replys pissed me off... ><
