Unban. To me, the point of a permanent ban isn't a punishment, it's a service to the other members by removing someone from the community that can cause harm to them in the future. Thus scammers, hackers, cheaters and serial flamers are usually the victims of these permanent bans. What was done here was obviously wrong, but it was an exceptional circumstance that isn't exactly going to get repeated. He's not a scammer or a "danger" to the community, so a permanent ban seems a bit excessive to me.

As far i remember from orginal thread - that was him, but since that was like 2 years ago i could be wrong.

I remember the same thing pretty much like I said in the other topic.. if we could see the topic then it would be easier to tell.

But from what I remember, Manish AKA blackii (beastinbed @k4l?-not sure) had info to smashers acc. Once smasher left undes, stonecold asked for his infos from blackii and then did whatever he did there.
That is what I remember, I could be wrong as well but two people remember the same thing more or less? eh..

As long as the leader gives a specific item to a member of his clan, then rightfully it's the member's. UNLESS he was just lending it to him, but I never read anyone claiming that StoneCold lent anything to him.

As I said in a previous post, that's just not true. Not every clan works under the same system. Some clans reward you with items for the work you've done, some clans invest items into you for the work you're going to do. If the clan operates with the latter system (which it did) then yes, technically that item was an item "lent" to smasher by StoneCold.

No but it justifies why he did it, and im sure more people can relate that action as the right thing to do, unlike joining a clan just to take an item which is pre-meditated. In undez the items are given out so you are stronger, so you are more useful to the clan in pk. People are told this before the join the clan and whilst they are being given items, that if they wish to leave the clan they must give the items that they were given back to the clan. So technically this dude agreed to those terms and then joined the clan anyway, as he knew what he was going to do as soon as he got an item.
