yep the competions on ares offered a free level or +8 upgrade of one of your items, and for the 3rd a blue chest (when FT had never been finished)

but you had to collect an insane ammount of items ( 1000 rotten eyes, 1000 xxx , 1000 xxx , 500 xxx etc and some hard items like abyss eyes 10x , abyss fire 10x etc )

and cooltang won it twice so he collected 2x these items :S
