    It doesnt matter what they hit, they just hit you for 100% instead of not hitting you

    100% accuracy would mean if you aim at the penis, you hit it.

    Translation = Arrow fallows the target and hits it like a heat seaking missile. If something gets in the way then it hits that target instead.

    Some of the critical shots I've seen looked like the entire head exploded off the body...
